The biggest project management that he had ever handled is KKM’s first cyclotron and PET-CT installation in the country that was worth over RM 60 mil between 2004-2005 (including the building of a new bunker, radiation protection room for the PET-CT room, class II clean room for IV lab and renovation of the rest of the departments such as doctor consultation rooms, patients’ waiting room and reception area).
Over the next 13 years, he had held numerous positions in GE as a Service Sales Manager for ASEAN and Service Sales Manager for Malaysia & Brunei (Radiology/Clinical System).
In 2014, he joined Carestream Health as a Service Sales Manager for Asia and managed the overall service business including project management, equipment pre-installation all over Asia.

Starting with General Electric (GE) Healthcare in 2001 as an IT Professional Services Manager for ASEAN, he managed various hospital IT projects in private and government sectors for site renovation, structured cabling, network planning and equipment pre-installation work.
The two biggest project managements that he had ever handled are the Malaysia MoH 13-Hospitals IT project and the Singapore MoH Tan Tock Seng Hospital & National University Hospital RIS/PACS project between 2001-2005.
Over the next 13 years, he has held numerous roles as a Country Service Manager and a Channel Services Director managing field services and project management teams delivering equipment for installations, site preparations and project handover activities.
Alex is the key asset to the company with his vast experience in delivering big projects in the region of hospital equipment and IT infrastructure. He is also a good people manager and works well with all levels of people and organization.

His biggest asset to the company is leadership. He is proficient in managing people and providing motivation, support and guidance to his team members. His ability in leading and coaching subordinates greatly improved workflow efficiency of his team. He has completed projects which are met with difficulties like reduction of manpower.
He maintains professional relationships with clients, consultants and architects. Ivan manages and monitors projects from kick-off to handover dates while ensuring timeline, cost and quality parameters are met, along with health, safety and environmental standards.
